Design and Construction

An olive long-sleeve field shirt with a fold collar, covered front placket and two button-flap chest pockets. Sand bartack accents mark selected stress points. Sleeve roll-up tabs, adjustable button cuffs, a shaped hem and paired back mobility pleats complete the proposed design.

Material and Specification Options

Commercial woven twill or a woven ripstop alternative can be discussed. Cotton/polyester and other sourcing options, fabric weight and finish are proposed choices for sample development, not verified specifications.

Discuss adult fit, size range and grading, panel dimensions, seam construction, hardware and finishing requirements. Agree final specifications through sample review.

Colour, Branding and Packaging

Develop the illustrated arrangement to your approved colour standards. Modest original FASA shield at the wearer-left chest above the pocket. Transfer or patch application can be reviewed against the selected fabric. Specify private labels, size/care labels, individual packing and bulk carton presentation for your project.
